Overview of DSPL’s Tantalite Assets

Dharni Sampda has received Tantalite exploration permits for Gbohum and Kongopa.

Regional reconnaissance geological mapping and traversing of the area indicates considerable presence of the favorable Lithology.

It also indicates possible accumulation of Coltan in the downstream gravels of Wungi River.

Exploration in the Licensed area has been finished and feasibility report has been submitted to Government.

Identification of two most potential localities Gbohum & Kpngopa has been done based on the exploratory work done so far.

Based on the Geological Survey Report by DSPL's geological team, the company has submitted an application to the geovernment, for extension of the area under the present exclusive license.

The subsidiary company that looks after the Sierra Leone operations is Taurian Resources Pvt. Ltd.
